When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, May 18th, 2025, at The Meadow Wood in Randolph, NJ.

What hotels do you recommend?

Answer

We’ve set up a room block at the Hilton Parsippany for our wedding weekend! Just a heads up, it’s a busy weekend with 3 other weddings at the hotel, so rooms are filling up pretty fast. To book your room, you can either use the link below or just call the hotel and let them know you're with the Patel/Radia Wedding to get the special rate. (There are other Patel weddings happening at that hotel so make sure it is correct in your confirmation email.) What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the baraat starts to find parking and get settled.

What is the schedule of events for Wedding day?

Baraat: 8:30 AM Tea & Snacks: 9:45 AM Hasta Melap: 11:00 AM Lunch: 12:30 PM

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, surrounded by beautiful greenery. Please dress accordingly and check the weather. In case of rain, we will move the wedding indoors to ensure everyone's comfort.

What should I wear?

Our wedding is an outdoor Indian wedding, so we encourage guests to wear traditional Indian attire or formal wear. If you need any help, advice, or have questions about what to wear, feel free to reach out to us!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, The Sangeet and Wedding events have ample parking for guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

For the Sangeet, Yes! We will have a selection of cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. On the Wedding day, there will be non-alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to accommodate everyone, but due to venue capacity, our guest list is limited to those listed on your invitation.
