What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is preferred but please wear whatever you are most comfortable in.

Is any portion going to be outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside weather permitting but the reception will be indoors.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

No. The Bavarian Bierhaus has a very large parking lot that is free to park in.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn up the road. (Please see the travel section of the website for more details) There are other hotels in the vicinity to choose from like Holiday Inn or Fairfield by Marriott.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet style. The main entrees will be fried cod filets and chicken schnitzel. There will also be sides of mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables as well as a salad before the meal. If anyone needs a special meal (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) let one of us know so that we can let our coordinator know!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony we would appreciate it if you could refrain from taking pictures however you are more than welcome to take photos at the cocktail hour or reception!
