We've reserved room blocks at two local hotels for Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th. August 12th is the cutoff date, meaning any reservations received after the 12th will be booked on a space available basis at regular rates.

Shuttles will pick up from both hotels before the ceremony at 4:30 PM. When you're ready to call it a night, shuttles will pick up from the venue and go back to both hotels at 10:30 PM and 12:00 AM.
