It's Wedding Time!

I think most people know this story, so here is a brief version :-D In 2003, Carrie & Matt met at a local church youth group through Dave, Matt's best friend. Matt was a senior & Carrie was a junior. They pretty much liked one another from the start. At school they would exchange notes at the end of the day or at Carrie's school soccer games. Not long after started the dates to Dairy Queen! Over the next few weeks they would hang out but, the high school dating didn't quite work out. Matt graduated & moved to Texas & Carrie finished high school. They didn't talk for a long while, however, during that time they would run into each other randomly when Matt would visit VA from TX...like driving in a car & being behind one another, or walking across Little Creek Rd. while the other was driving at the exact same moment. So, after this happening every few years they finally exchanged phone numbers, again. By this time, Matt lived in Arizona & Carrie was attending Virginia Wesleyan. The first phone conversation after reconnecting was 4 hours long & this became a weekly ritual for about 2 years; They became best friends even though they were states away. In 2009 Matt decided to move back to VA & it then took another 2 years for official dating to occur-- After a not-official date to the Chrysler Museum in November 2011 they decided to give real dating a try. Thanks to Matt being very persistent over those many (many) years, now we are HERE <3
