Shuttle Service Saturday

August 28, 2021 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm

We will have 2 shuttles on Saturday. Both will arrive at the Courtyard Marriott (across from Wingate) at 2:45pm and will leave at 3:05pm. Please walk over to Courtyard Marriott to board the shuttle if you are staying at Wingate. At the end of the party, a shuttle will depart the B&B at 10pm to head back to the hotels. It will return to the B&B around 11pm for the last trip of after party people back to the hotels.

Travel Note

Uber, Lyft or Taxi

Don't drink and drive! If you miss the shuttles, we highly recommend using Uber, Lyft or a taxi to get to and from the B&B. There are plenty to come by in the area due to the proximity to the Dulles airport. If you are a Designated Driver, there is plenty of parking available at the B&B.

We do not have a block here as it is a swanky resort, but it is a closer, fancy option if you'd like to be right in Middleburg near the action!

Closest Airports

Dulles International Airport is the closest airport to the hotels and venue. It's a 12 minute drive to the hotels and a 30 minute drive to the venue. Reagan National Airport is the next closest. It's a 45 minute drive to the hotels and a 1 hour drive to the venue.
