We will have a trolley picking up guests at the Westin & stopping at the Holiday Inn by the Bay. We will also have a shuttle picking up guests at the Holiday Inn by the Bay. The trolley & shuttle will bring guests to the ceremony for a 4:15PM arrival. Please Note that there is only ONE guest pickup. If you are staying at a different downtown hotel, you can walk to the Holiday Inn by the Bay or the Westin to catch the shuttle. The shuttle will also make several trips back after the wedding: one earlier trip, and two at the end of the wedding that will stop at the after party & the hotels (Westin & Holiday Inn by the Bay)
Yes, the venue will have a coat rack where guests can store their coats.
Yes, there will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony, from 5PM-6PM with drinks and appetizers.
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoors. Weather permitting, we may have outdoor space open during the cocktail hour, but there won't be any formal outdoor setup.
