What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is a semi-formal dress code. Men should wear suit or sports coat, or dress shirt. Women can wear dress, gown, etc.

The event is Outdoors but there will be a tent and a/c.

Ceremony and Reception BOTH will be OUTDOORS.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight into the cocktail hour (located in Graycliff) where appetizers and open bar will be available. Reception will follow an hour after the cocktail hour.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Yes, the colors will be burgundy, cream and gold

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

1) Direction cards will be included with invitations, 2) You can use GPS, the address is "122 Moonachie Ave Moonachie, NJ 07074" 3) If you are staying at the Hampton Inn in Carlstadt, Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel and venue

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive about 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Ceremony starts at 4:00pm Sharp.

Free Valet Parking is Available at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children under 3 are welcome, but preferred and appreciated if arrangements could be made ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! Children between ages 4 - 12 are welcome however, ONLY if indicated on invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There is a Hotel Block at the Hampton Inn in Carlstadt. You can find more information about the hotel under the "Travel" tab. You are not obligated to stay at this hotel. This hotel is closest to the venue and offers complimentary shuttle service. There is a multitude of other hotels to choose from like the Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Days Inn and more.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

You can RSVP directly from this site or text the bride directly: 862.213.9823.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Cocktail Hour (following immediately after Ceremony) will have appetizers and Open Bar. Reception will have a sit down meal, open bar, & dessert.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, there will be a vegetarian option for the reception meal.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn in Carlstadt - Shuttle service will be available to take guests to the venue from the hotel and available to take guests from the venue back to the hotel.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Guests are welcome to take a centerpiece home.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Hashtag will be provided on later date.
