When do I need to RSVP by?

When do I need to book my hotel?

Answer

Book your room as soon as possible. If you are choosing to stay with the Hilton, rooms must be booked by July 31st. If you are choosing to stay with the Holiday Inn, rooms must be booked by July 29th. Rooms not booked after those deadlines will be returned back to the hotel inventory at a higher rate.

What should I plan to wear?

You should plan to wear formal wedding attire.

When do I need to be at the venue?

All guests must be on the venue property by 4:30PM.

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

Holiday Inn has a 3pm check in time. Hilton has a 4pm check in time. Shuttles heading to the venue will be shortly after, please arrive dressed and ready to go OR book an extra night to allow yourself the proper time to get ready.

Will I have time to get ready after hotel check in?

Answer

Check in is at the Holiday Inn is at 3:00p. Check in is at 4pm for the Hilton. We recommend that you arrive dressed and mostly ready to go. The first shuttle pick up time will be shortly after check in. PLEASE SHARE THIS

Where do I go to find the room blocks?

Answer

Under the travel tab you will find a link to the group booking at the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights. You may also call the hotel (201-288-6100) and request information about the group booking.

If I unable to get the room block from the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights, is there another room block?

Answer

Yes, we also acquired a room block at the Holiday Inn (find details under the travel tab).

What is the hotel cancellation policy under the group booking?

Answer

You must cancel by 12 noon two days prior to your arrival.

Is there parking available at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights Hotel?

Answer

Yes, parking is available. For those who book through the hotel block, the daily fee is waived.

If I am unable to get a room block, what is the parking fee?

Answer

Parking fee is $10 daily.

Will there be a shuttle for guests to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle. Pick up times are currently still being reviewed and selected. Pick up times from the venue to the hotel will be 10:30, 11:00, and final shuttle home is 11:30p.

What should I do if I miss the pickup shuttle times?

Answer

If you miss the shuttle pickup times, then you will be responsible to secure your own transportation for a 4:30p arrival.
