How is Covid-19 affecting your wedding?

Answer

We've rescheduled our big day for June 12th! You may wear a mask if you want, but it is not necessary, the venue will have some available for you as well. The venue is amazing and has added sanitation stations and cleanings in high touch areas such as bathrooms and doors. All staff will be wearing masks inside or when in close proximity. Dining tables will be spaced to 6 ft apart. We hope and pray that all of our Friends and Family will still be able to come and celebrate with us!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! If you are unable to leave the kids with Grandma or a sitter, we would be happy to have them! Please make sure to RSVP for them as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just those listed on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: nice dresses or jumpsuits, dress shirts, slacks or dress shorts. It will be hot so we want you to feel comfortable, so feel free to loosen it up. Ceremony and outdoor areas are grass, please keep this in mind when picking shoes for the evening.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Possibly a High of 90 degrees and a Low around 73 degrees for June. Chances of spotty showers are always possible in Florida, but don't worry the venue has umbrellas if needed!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be a beautiful shaded outdoor location and guests can then walk over to the reception which will be indoors and air conditioned.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

You may not need to rent a car for your weekend get-away. Grab an Uber, hotels are approx. 15-20 minutes from the Tampa airports (about a $30 trip).

Which hotel should I stay at?

Answer

It's up to you! The hotels are right next to each other so it's a short walk between the two, so you wont be far from the other guests. Breakfast is included at both hotels!

Is transportation provided to/from the Wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have a bus service to assist guests with back and forth transportation all evening to and from the hotels and wedding! Buses will pick up guests from each hotel and will leave at 4:10 PM on the dot for the venue.

Are there food options for those that are Gluten Free or Vegetarian?

Answer

Gluten Free and Vegetarian hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and desert options are available. Please note dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We will have a mixture of red and white wines, a few beer selections, and a few pre-made mixed drink selections (captain and coke, vodka and lemonade, and a mystery drink!).

Do I have to dance at your wedding?

Answer

Yes... you must... It's a party, and we will celebrate, eat, drink, and dance the night away! :)

What are the Bride and Groom doing the days after the wedding?

Answer

Sunday will be a day of rest. The Bride and Groom will be heading towards the Orlando area to go to Universal Studios on Monday! Let Jessica know if you want to join in the fun! They'll be going on a Honeymoon in September of 2021, location TBD.

What are the details for Universal Day?

Answer

Sunday we are driving to Orlando and staying at Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn & Suites. Staying at the hotel grants us 1 hour early entry into Universal Studios. When you get Universal tickets, you'll want to grab the 2-Park 1 Day Park to Park Ticket. We are also doing the 2-Park Universal Express Pass to skip some of the lines. Let us know if you are planning on joining the fun with us at Universal! (So pumped for Harry Potter World!!!)
