Question
Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle to pick up from the hotel and bring our guests to the wedding venue. There will also be a shuttle bus to bring people back to the hotel.

Are my children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
Due to spacing, we can only accommodate who is listed on your invitation. We have made the decision to only have first cousins and friends with children traveling a long distance to bring their children. We promise, we still love your kiddos!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We have chosen a semi-formal dress code for the wedding. Think dresses, sun dresses, khakis, slacks. It will be warm and the barn is not entirely temperature-controlled, so please dress for the weather! (shorts are a-okay!). As the ceremony will take place outside in a grassy area, and the barn has uneven floors, we strongly recommend against stilettos - wear your dancing shoes instead.

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance occur?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, weather-depending! There is a golf cart on-site to assist our guests with smaller children or with mobility concerns to the ceremony site. All other events will take place in the main barn. If it is inclement weather, the ceremony will also occur in the same barn. We promise to not make you stand out in the rain!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is parking behind the main barn at the venue. Our venue hosts have a system and will guide you when you arrive. They have reminded us that trucks park in the back, with cars up closer.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Absolutely! We will have two different taps. Plus canned beer, wine, and a variety of liquor.

Where do I stay?
Answer
We have reserved hotel blocks at Cobblestone Inn & Suites at UW Stout Downtown Menomonie in Menomonie, WI. Please note that in order to get the reduced rate, we recommend booking sooner rather than later, with a deadline of July 1st, 2024.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Because we must get a final guest count to our venue and caterer, we need your RSVP no later than June 27th, 2024. Anyone that has not responded by this date will be marked as "not attending" and will not be able to be accommodated last-minute.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Your presence is more than enough of a gift for our wedding. We do have a limited registry for those that would like to bring a gift, which you can find under the "Registry" tab on the website. If you prefer, a gift of cash would also be appreciated for us to put towards our honeymoon and house fund!
