A few things to know before booking: 1. The "View" button below gives you access to book your room in our room block. Festivities start on Thursday, June 6 with the welcome party and last 3 nights, having guests fly home on Sunday, June 9 2. When using the link below, be sure to select "Hotel Only" (rather than booking both Hotel + Air) as we found flights are overpriced going through the hotel 3. We will be arranging transportation to/from the airport, so no need to add any additional transportation services when booking your room 4. We have a specific amount of rooms guaranteed in our room block until December 6th. Booking requires a small, refundable deposit and locks in the negotiated room rate. A limited number of rooms will be available on the room block after 12/6 Send us a note if you are planning on booking after Dec 6th, so that we can best arrange to give you our room block rate with the hotel.
