Hotel
We’ve reserved a hotel room block at the Residence Inn in downtown Boulder, near 29th Street. Rooms are available for booking on Friday, August 1st, and Saturday, August 2nd. Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony and reception. Last day to book: Tuesday, July 1st, 2025.
Travel Note
Shuttle service will be provided on the big day, picking up from the Residence Inn and taking guests to the ceremony and reception. Afterward, a shuttle will be available to return guests to the Residence Inn. Any guest can use the shuttle even if they are not staying at the Residence Inn! Shuttle schedule to the venue: - Departure to River Bend: 3:30 pick up at Residence Inn - There will be 4 shuttles to transport everyone together to the venue - Please be ready a little before 3:30 Shuttle schedule from the venue: - Shuttle service will be available starting at 7pm taking guests back to the Residence Inn in Boulder. - Shuttles will depart once every hour until 10pm.
