What should I wear?
Answer
Semi-formal attire such as a floor length or cocktail-length dress for women and a suit or sports coat for men. The ceremony and reception are outdoors, so we encourage you to wear something you are comfortable in and bring a light jacket if needed. Ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your shoes – boots or closed toed shoes are welcome! The weather in Tallahassee can range in October, but on average you can expect a low of around 57 degrees Fahrenheit and a high of around 78 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your children! However, our venue is surrounded by woods and wildlife, which can pose safety concerns if kids are left unattended. Out of caution, we will not be accommodating children on our wedding day. We hope this will be a fun date night and celebration! For out‑of‑town guests, we will share helpful information and local childcare options as we get closer to the big day.

When and how do I get to the venue?

Please plan to arrive between 4:30 – 4:45 p.m. for the ceremony. If you choose to drive yourself, there will be parking available on the property. What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The Tallahassee International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport. Jacksonville is about two and a half hours away driving to Tallahassee. Tampa and Orlando are about 4 hours away driving to Tallahassee, and Atlanta is about 5 hours away.
