Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would love for as many of the guests to stay with us at Carneros Spa & Resort. Unfortunately, we do not have a room block. Please book through the hotel website. You can also find the hotel through Costco Travel. Downtown Napa is about 5 miles/10 minutes from Carneros Resort & Spa and offers many different accommodation options.

What days should I book?

Friday, June 6, 2025 and Saturday, June 7, 2025! Everyone is invited to the welcome dinner the night prior to our wedding. Food and wine will be provided. After the wedding, brunch will be held the following day at Carneros Resort and Spa.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the same venue: Carneros Resort and Spa. You will need to be transported to "The Hilltop" by guest staff. We encourage you to arrive about 30 minutes early to allow time for transfer. There is NO PARKING at the hilltop but you can park at the hotel. The Wedding Ceremony starts at 4:30 PM sharp!

How do I get around?

Answer

If you are staying at Carneros Resort & Spa Carneros they do offer guests complimentary access to a collection of Cadillac vehicles during your stay: 2 Cadillac Escalades Cadillac XT6 Cadillac CT5 You may choose from a day excursion (8:00am to 5:00pm) or an evening excursion (6:00pm to 11:00pm). Cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit reception to sign out a vehicle or check availability during your stay. Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license. Carneros Resort and Spa house cars are also available on a first come first serve drop off basis within a five-mile radius of the resort. Inquire with reception.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to the nature of the event, we are limiting the number of children that can attend to immediately family only. The wineries do put restrictions on minor presence. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code. Whatever makes you look and feel your best. Please keep in mind both venues will take place outdoors, so please do dress and plan accordingly. The "vibe" is Napa Winery Bohemian chic....whatever that means.

Where do I eat breakfast?

Answer

Carneros Resort & Spa includes complimentary daily breakfast buffet. Breakfast is strictly restricted to people staying at the hotel per hotel policy. Downtown Napa is a short 10 min drive from the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to be transported by the hotel staff to the Hill Top.
