What time is check in/out?
Answer
If you are staying the night, you can check into your cabins any time after 3pm. Keep in mind the wedding is at 4pm! Checkout is by 11am the next day.

What’s for dinner?
Answer
There will be Hors D’eouvres during cocktail hour Roast beef with au jus and horseradish or baked stuffed chicken. Garden/Caesar salad, rolls and butter.

Where is the after party?
Answer
The after party is right on site! Weather permitting at the fire pit on the beach. If it rains, there is a rec center with pool tables and games. We will have a keg of mango seltzer and a keg of light beer, if you’d like anything else to drink for the afterparty please BYOB. We will have plenty of waters. ** Reminder only guests that have booked cabins and are spending the night are permitted to attend the afterparty.

Do I need to stay the night?
Answer
No, you do not need to spend the night unless you plan on attending the after party!

Vegan/vegetarian?
Answer
Bournedale is happy to accommodate your dietary preferences as long as we are made aware ahead of time!

Are children allowed?
Answer
We love kids, including yours, but if you can leave them home please do! We understand many of you are traveling out of state with your families, so if they are to attend the ceremony/reception please include them in your RSVP. Absolutely no children allowed at the after party please!

What if it rains?
Answer
If weather permits, we will have an indoor ceremony. The afterparty can also be moved indoor to the rec center!

What if it’s cold?
Answer
We are planning on an outdoor ceremony as long as temperatures are not below freezing. Please bring a jacket or dress accordingly! We will make a decision the day of the wedding. Night temperatures have a tendency to drop, so if you plan on attending the afterparty by the fire bring a sweatshirt or jacket!

Can I RSVP online?
Answer
Absolutely! We included a stamped envelope with our RSVP card, but if you prefer to RSVP online that’s also totally fine!

What happens if I don’t RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP if you plan on attending. Our venue requires a final head count a week prior to our wedding.

What if I want accommodations but I’m not attending the after party?
Answer
If you do not wish to stay in a cabin at the campground, check out Mirabeau Inn & Spa, the Dan’l Webster inn & Spa, Sandwich lodge & resort, the Inn at Buzzards bay, or Hampton Inn Cape cod canal. All within an 8 mile radius. Please note you will not be able to attend the afterparty or breakfast if you do not spend the night at the facility.

Do I need to share a cabin if I’m staying overnight?
Answer
Short answer, maybe! We will do our best to give everyone staying over their own cabins, but keep in mind this is a summer camp. Each cabin sleeps 10-20 comfortably, comes with made beds, linens, blankets, towels for a shower and for the pool, as well as all toiletries. They also have electricity, ceiling fans and heat. Feel free to reach out to Rachelle when you book your overnight stay to let her know if you have any preferences.
