We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. While not required, pastel or summer-inspired colors are suggested if you’d like some guidance. For women: Consider options such as silk or velvet fabrics, knee- or ankle-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dresses with slits. Traditional attire such as an ao dai is also welcome. For visual inspiration, Rachel has curated a Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/1ZFHJLzej We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, and be cautious of pink or sage green, which are reserved for the wedding party. For men: A suit or tuxedo with dress shoes is appropriate. Long-sleeve dress shirts in white or other colors are acceptable, and we encourage wearing a tie or bowtie. Please avoid jeans, khakis, polo shirts, short sleeves, and sneakers. Thank you for dressing to celebrate with us!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive between 5:00 and 5:45 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for travel, as traffic is expected—especially on a weekend. For reference, Corvallis is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Portland and about 45 minutes from Eugene, under normal traffic conditions.
We’re excited to have a delicious selection of street tacos, featuring chicken and beef meat options. Refreshing horchata and lemonade will be served as our main beverages, and a dessert bar will be available to satisfy your sweet tooth. During the period between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the reception, a large charcuterie board will be provided for guests to snack on. If these offerings don’t align with your dietary preferences, we kindly recommend eating beforehand to ensure you’re comfortable and well-fed throughout the evening.
