We are requesting that all our guests arrive at 4pm to ensure everyone is present and seated for our ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30pm.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outside near the water. Cocktail hour and the Reception will be held indoors.
We are requesting that all of our guests kindly put all electronic devices away and be present and “unplugged” during our ceremony. This is a very intimate moment for us, and we want it to feel as such. We have worked closely with our photographer to get the very best shots of us throughout our ceremony. With that said, please be mindful of their space as well as avoid standing up during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception
We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting our guests to dress in formal attire for the evening! For ladies, floor-length dresses are preferred, but a midi-dress or a dressy pant suit are also an option! For gentlemen, a suit & tie. Please avoid casual attire and white / off white colors. If there are any questions please feel free to reach out!
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we also want to keep our day as intimate as possible. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless it's explicitly stated on your invitation or RSVP card. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family that are a part of our ceremony.
There will be a shuttle to and from the Hyatt Regency for the wedding. Please keep in mind there is only one shuttle provided each way, so transportation will be on a first come, first serve basis (see more on our “Travel”page). When RSVPing please let us know if you plan on using provided transportation so we can try our best to accommodate as many guests as possible! Uber & Lyfts are also great options for those who live locally and do not want to drive to the venue! Any option that allows you to arrive by 4pm works for us!
As a frequent wedding guest, this is a question I always end up wishing I knew the answer to and hate reaching out to ask! While we want our guests to dress in any color they would like (excluding white!) for those who want to avoid matching the bridal party, our bridesmaids will be dressed in a burnt orange / brick red color!
