Complimentary Transportation

For those guests who do not wish to drive and are staying at the hotel through our hotel block, we will provide complimentary transportation to and from the hotel and the venue. Two charter buses will depart from the side entrance of the Hilton promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please be at the side entrance at 3:45 p.m. The bus drivers have been instructed to leave on time and will not wait for any guests. Enjoy dancing, dinner and dessert until 11:00 p.m. At that time, two charter buses will depart from Westfields for the Hilton. For those wishing to leave earlier, a charter bus will leave from Westfields at 9:30 p.m.

Hilton McLean Tysons Corner

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner Hotel. Booking closes on 7/31. PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO GET THE SPECIAL WEDDING RATE! Room Rate: $139 + Taxes & Fees Complimentary surface lot parking The reduced rate at the Hilton is available from Friday, September 1 through Sunday, September 3. You may choose to drive to Westfields Golf Club, which is approximately 35-40 minutes from the hotel. Plan on leaving the hotel at 4:15 p.m.

Flight

Getting to Virginia

We suggest flying into Dulles International Airpot (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Tysons Corner is about a 25 minute drive from both airports. You can take the metro (subway) from both airports to the Tysons Corner Station.
