Chicago Architecture Center River Tours
There are so many boat cruises in the summer. This one is the best (just ask Peter Cooper, he's a guide). Enjoy our beautiful architecture as you coast along the river ... and if you're from New York, TRY not to be jealous that we have alleyways, too.
Music Box Theatre
If you find yourself further north, we encourage you to check out Bob's favorite, historic movie theater for an indie flick. Some screenings still incorporate a live organist!
The Publican
Great brunch in West Loop/Fulton Market area, call ahead for a reservation (and ask for a booth if you can swing it). Get the bacon, we won't tell anyone. One of the best Bloody Marys in town.
