Booking Information

We have partnered with Alisha Myers, LuxRally Travel to manage our Destination Wedding room block at the Hyatt Ziva - Cancun. She will be your point of contact for all booking needs and can be reached at +1-832-507-4360 or Alisha.Myers@luxrallytravel.com. For accuracy, consistency and to ensure you receive the contracted rates, all guests must book accommodation exclusively with Alisha. We have blocked the following rooms, and dates: March 9 - March 15, 2027 Ocean Front Double Room Ocean Front King with Sofa Bed Additional room categories are subject to availability upon request. We encourage those wanting to extend their stay in Cancun longer than the three night minimum to arrange their booking as soon as possible. KEY DATES & PAYMENT TERMS Must book by August 1, 2026 Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking - USD 150 per person Payment schedule - 60% due before Sep 8, 2026 and final payment due before Dec 15, 2026 The room block does not include flights, however if you would like assistance identifying the best airline and fare for your travel plans, speak with Alisha. She'll help search and send you a link that you can directly follow to the applicable airline to book your flights without hassle. Alisha can also assist with travel protection insurance.
