We HIGHLY recommend you stay an an Air BnB, VRBO or Vacasa within the Granby Ranch area. This will ensure you're close to the weekend festivities.

When do I need to RSVP By?

We appreciate you responding to the save the dates as that gives us a rough estimate! Expect invitations around March/April. Once those are received, please RSVP on or before June 11, 2026.

What's the attire?

Friday - Dressy casual Sunday - Cocktail attire, Garden Party Formal If you are planning to wear heels, block heels are recommended! There is a chairlift ride up to the ceremony and the reception will take place in a tent on the grass lawn. Plan to pack a jacket or umbrella as the weather in Colorado tends to be a bit unpredictable.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Our caterer is happy to accommodate all food allergies. Please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, their name will be shown alongside yours when you RSVP.

If their names are listed on the invitation then they are more than welcome!

What is transportation like during the weekend?

Answer

Great question. Services like Uber and Lyft are not very reliable in Granby. There is a service called 'Granby Connect' that serves as the county's ride share, however, the hours are 9am-9pm. So plan accordingly. Friday Welcome Party: We suggest you carpool. You are able to leave cars overnight if needed. We will not have a shuttle, so plan accordingly. Sunday Wedding: We will NOT have a shuttle to the wedding. We WILL have a shuttle home starting around 9:30pm until 12am for those staying in the Granby Ranch area. This includes about a 2 mile radius around the venue. We will plan various drop-off points so that everyone is dropped off close to their accommodations. You may leave your car overnight at the wedding venue. Plan to carpool so you have a way to retrieve your car in the morning!
