What is the closest airport?
Answer
Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to our venue with a roughly 50 minute drive. The next two closest airports would be Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO) at roughly a 1 hour drive away.
Question
What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding will be black tie optional. Ladies should plan to wear a long dress, and gentlemen should plan to wear a suit and tie. No need for a tux!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within your RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be an indoor/outdoor event and the reception will be indoors.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE AT THE VENUE AT THIS TIME OF YEAR?
Answer
The weather in Virginia can be unpredictable during the month of October. The weather the past few years has been low 70s during the day and dropping to mid 40s during the night.
