Hello friends and family! We are extremely excited to celebrate with you all. We really appreciate you making the effort to come celebrate with us! Eagle-Vail is very beautiful and we hope you are able to take some time to explore the glorious mountains of Colorado! We will be updating this website as we figure out more details and make a more definitive timeline for the day. We also have shared some recommendations of our favorite hikes and places to hang out that are in Vail or along the way from Denver. Shout out to the Coggons for printing our beautiful mountain wedding invites!!! We need to share a few important things here: The wedding will be on June 28,2025, 3pm with cocktail hour, dinner and dancing to follow. We will be hosting a welcome evening with drinks on Friday 6/27/25 at the Eagle-Vail pavilion. Plan on outdoor hang time with beer, wine and soda. We have blocked rooms at two separate hotels, the Highline Vail Double Tree as well as the Hyatt in Vail. We will have a shuttle to and from the wedding/reception to the hotels. Details to follow. Both hotels also provide shuttles that can take you into Vail Village if you would like to walk around or go out to eat. For our sea level folks, altitude is no joke, Vail is at 8,150 feet. It is impossible to be over hydrated. Please drink plenty of water once you arrive in Colorado. Lastly, (and this was very hard for us because we LOVE kids!) we are only able to host the kids in our immediate families at the wedding. We both come from very large families and we appreciate your understanding! We may have babysitters we can recommend if that is something you would be interested in.
