Question

What kinds of COVID-19 precautions will there be?

Answer

As per CDC guidelines, we strongly encourage that all guests be vaccinated and wear masks when indoors within 6 feet of other individuals. If possible, we are politely requesting that everyone have a negative COVID test prior to attending the wedding celebration. Weather permitting, the vow renewal ceremony will occur outside and the reception will be inside. There will be access to a covered patio and outdoor spaces during the reception. There will likely be points where immediate family and the wedding party will not be wearing masks. Please know that these individuals are taking additional COVID precautions to ensure that this is done safely.

What should I wear?

Answer

We request that guests wear semi-formal attire (cocktail dresses and suits).

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will be at Classic Oaks Wedding and Event Venue in Mansfield, Texas. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour will be on a covered patio, and the reception will be inside.

Question

How far apart are the hotel and venue?

Answer

The venue is about 30 minutes from the hotel. For everyone's convenience, a shuttle will be provided before the ceremony and at various times during the reception.
