When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We ask that you kindly respond by Sunday October 5, 2025. There are two ways to RSVP: 1. Complete and mail the response card that was included with your invitation. Not only do we need to know if you will be attending, but please do not forget to select an entree option! 2. You can RSVP online, through the website. You will be able to select your entree choice through the website as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony seating begins at 5:30pm and will end at 6:00pm SHARP. We will meet up with late arrivals at the cocktail hour, as there is no late seating!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, black tie optional. ***IMPORTANT*** We are also asking that guests refrain from wearing white/off-white/or cream as to allow Rachel to stand out on our day. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

We are sorry but due to venue capacity, we are limited to only the guests specified on your invitation. We ask for your understanding of this sensitive topic and hope that you will celebrate with us!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. The venue is NOT SAFE for small children, therefore we made the difficult decision to not invite small children. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! They are listed under the Travel category on our website. Please book under the room block to take advantage of the discounted rates. The room block link will be posted soon! Alternatively, there are properties for short-term rental on airbnb and VRBO if you prefer a larger space.

Is there on-site parking?
Answer
Yes, there is secured on-site parking once you enter the property. There will be a parking attendant that will be able to direct you to the proper area. It is all self-park, no valet services are needed. Parking is complimentary. There will be an Uber code with credit available for use on 11/8 between 5pm-11:30pm

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are planning to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors, with full access to the grounds.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in Homestead in November is pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze, with average highs of 79°F and lows of 68°F. Please remember that Florida is still under their "hurricane season" during the month of November. If there is an issue and we need to postpone, we will let you know on our website!

Is the venue a "smoke-free" establishment?
Answer
For the most part, yes! They will provide two designated smoking areas. We request that smoking is limited to these spaces for liability reasons. Thank you for understanding!

Where can I stay that is close to the venue? Is there a discounted room block?
Answer
There are several hotels in the area but we have chosen to stay at TownePlace Suites as well as contract a discounted room block. The room block applies to stays of 2 nights or more and the direct booking link will be posted on this site by 9/10! The rooms will be first come, first serve. If there are no more rooms left by the time you are booking, please contact Nicole at onering2025@gmail.com to inquire about adding more rooms to the block.
