When should I book my room?

ASAP. Hotel pricing is dynamic, the higher the demand the more it will cost. It is peak ski season, so it may fill up fast.

You will check-in at the main lodge for all room types.

There is a shuttle that runs from each location 9AM to 9PM. It will run for an additional hour at the end of the wedding (11pm).

Do I have to attend?

Answer

No. This was our excuse to have a ski weekend away with all our people and we think it will be a lot of fun. That said, please do not burden yourself with the travel if you are not up for it. We will celebrate with you another time!
