How do I get from the airport to the Fox Hollow?

Answer

I recommend flying into JFK. You can take the JFK Airtrain to Jamaica Train Station ($8.50 one way) and then transfer from Jamaica station onto the Long Island Rail Road. You can purchase a ticket from Jamaica to either Syosset or Hicksville station (approx $8). The Fox Hollow is less than a 10 minute Uber from these stations. Unfortunately there is no public transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport. You will have to take an Uber. Depending on time of day, Ubers can run up to $100.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the Church ceremony starts.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire Suggestions- Ladies: floor-length dresses, elegant midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits Gentlemen: a suit with a white dress shirt and a tie or bow tie.

Will the cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Will transportation be provided to the Church

Answer

A shuttle bus will be provided to the Church for those staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow. The shuttle will be departing at approximately 2:15pm. Please meet in front of the hotel at this time.

Yes, free valet parking will be available.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love the little ones, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

There will be an open bar at the cocktail hour, reception, and after party!

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception ends at 11:30. There will be an after party immediately following at the Fox Hollow.
