Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond by September 1st so that we can have an accurate headcount for our vendors. If you do not RSVP by this date we will assume that you are not able to join us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot behind the Oklahoma Hall of Fame that can accommodate 125 vehicles. There will be a parking attendant present. Additionally, the Oklahoma City Streetcar has a stop about two blocks away on Dewey and NW 11th, roughly a 9 minute walk from the Hall of Fame. Please note that our venue is the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, NOT the Oklahoma Cowboy Hall of Fame.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please give yourself at least 15 minutes before the ceremony's start time to park and find your seat. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00 pm and cocktail hour will begin as soon as the ceremony concludes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation states how many people are invited on your behalf. Thanks for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are allowing some children as designated on your invitation, however the reception will host an open bar and a dance floor during the evening. We just ask that you keep an eye on your children if you decide to bring them. If you would like to make this a date night for you and your partner, that is more than welcome!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see you dress up! We recommend cocktail attire. The reception is set to be outdoors so dress accordingly for the weather. Please no jeans.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have designed our catering menu to have vegan and gluten free options. Expect Italian food.
