How do I R.S.V.P. to the Ceremony/ Reception

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

There are no shuttles to or from the venue. If you are staying at one of the recommended hotels, they are about a 5 minute drive from the venue. The venue has plenty of parking so feel free to drive. We also recommend using ride sharing services like Uber or Lyft.

Will food be provided at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style at the reception. Cocktail hour will include appetizers. Throughout the night there will be a selection of drinks including Sodas, juices, beer and wine at no cost to guests. Liquor is available to guests in the form of a cash bar.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception indoors with access to outdoor patios throughout the reception. It is recommended that guests bring a sweater/jacket/coat just in case. You will have easy access to your vehicle should you decide you do not need it.

Are there any special directions for traveling to the venue?

Answer

For GPS/waze/google maps: please type the full address (1250 Farm to Market 1463 Katy, TX 77494) when driving to venue. Do not type 'Agave Estates' or you may be sent to their old location, which is now the church up the road.

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. It is recommended that guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Please allow time to find the venue location.
