Rehearsal Dinner

Currently in process of finalizing the location so I will update once this happens. We will be requesting the attendance of the full Bridal party for this event. As you take a tour of the property we will be meeting the event planner for the big day and going over and rehearsing the actual wedding ceremony. You'll get a chance to meet all involved in the wedding and the families of the Bride and Groom. For those planning on staying at the property for the weekend , we do ask you arrive early so you can get settled in and situate yourself at the property. We also ask all those staying on the property with us for the weekend to please help out wherever needed with decorations and setting up before the Big Day. Hors d'oeuvre's and snacks will be served along with cocktails.

As we are in the process of finalizing the booking of the actual property we do ask your patience as we will be updating soon with actual address of the venue. Located in the hills of Malibu on a private location we will be holding the ceremony and reception on the same property keeping it simple and easy for all our guests. For those traveling from out of town and out of state we will be able to host up to 26 for lodging for the full weekend of the event. Please email the bride or groom personally so proper arrangements can be made to accommodate you and your loved ones. For those that will be staying the full weekend we do ask that you participate and help with the set up and decorating of the property day prior and day of where needed. This is a special day for all and it would mean the world to the bride and groom if all staying would get involved and help out making it one big family affair to celebrate their union of two into one.

Rachel and Shane have decided to bind their love and commitment to one another incorporating a six knot handfasting of two hands joining together as their wedding ceremony. I vow to love, honor, and respect you, To hold you in my heart, But not bind you to my will. Reception

Reception will begin as soon as ceremony ends. We will have an open Bar and Hors d'oeuvre's ready once ceremony ends. This will give you a chance to meet and greet all of our guests while the wedding party gets their Wedding Photos taken. Dinner will be served at 6pm. We will be having a full Buffet style dinner. So once you find your name and table please feel free to serve yourself. There will be beverage stations with a variety of beverages. Cutting the cake will take place in the dinning hall at 7:30pm. After dinner and cake we have arranged many interactive stations for all our guests to walk the property and participate in. There will be a live DJ and dance floor for those so inclined to get down and get funky. We have planned other surprise entertainment that we will announce on the day of the event in your wedding program that you will receive upon arrival.
