No. You will not be entering at either entrance of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. You will be entering at 1000 Washington Ave Brooklyn, NY 11225.

How should we get to the venue?

An Uber, Lyft or a Taxi can be taken to 1000 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225 You can also use public transportation and take the 2,3 or 4 Subway to Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum and then walk to Washington Ave and Montgomery Street.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is a paid parking lot that you can park in. GGMC Parking 878 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225 It is a 6 min walk to the venue entrance.

What time should we get to the venue?

We encourage everyone to get there at 6pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code for the ceremony and reception is black tie/garden formal. Think colorful, vibrant, unique and elevated. For shoes, there will be grass to walk through for the ceremony but then for the rest of the night it will be solid ground. For the day after picnic something cute and casual. We will be sitting on the ground or lawn chairs so make sure whatever you wear is comfortable.

Yes we have 2 hotels that you can book for a group discount. The Hampton Inn and Aloft in downtown Brooklyn. There are links to book each hotel in the Travel Section of our website.
