We're so excited to celebrate with you!

When they first matched on OkCupid, neither Rachel nor Scot were prepared for just how good of a match they would be for each other. After talking for two days Rachel could not wait any longer to meet Scot so she asked him to coffee. Between their mutual love of helping children and debating between The Office and Parks and Recreation, they really hit it off. They were enjoying each other's company so much, the coffee shop had to kick them out twice so that they could close for the night. The two could not wait to see each other again so two days later they continued their date with a horror movie night. They have been inseparable ever since, even Rachel’s cat Lola has become attached to Scot and he has the scratches on his arms to prove it.

As you can see, we just couldn't wait to get married! We got married on our original 6/20/20 date, the date that Ron and Kim (Scot's parents) lovingly shared with us. We were only allowed to have 8 people at the mini ceremony and reception but you were all in our hearts! Then we planned to reschedule in the summer of 2021 but the pandemic was still too unpredictable so now we are finally celebrating with all of our friends and family in the summer of 2022! We look forward to seeing all of you and getting our groove on :)
