Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have reserved two coach buses that will be picking up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn and leaving at 4:00pm sharp. Seating is first come, first serve. One bus will leave the venue at 9:15pm. Then it will come back and then both buses will pick up the remaining guests and leave the venue by 10pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate for close friends and families children. If your children are invited it has been included in your RSVP. However, if there is any concern for child care, please feel free to reach out to us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please do! The meal is set already for each guest. The dinner is a duet style, salmon and beef sirloin will be the main course. There are vegan and vegetarian options, if you choose. There is also a separate children's meals. Our caterer has requested all food allergies/requests be known ahead of time so they can make accommodations. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is plenty of parking if you decide to drive yourself!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! All guest are welcomed to join us for the welcome party in the Hilton Garden Inn on 9/18 at 7pm, we do ask you to RSVP. We will also keep the party going after the reception in the Hilton Garden Inn hotel bar!
