What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal attire. For ladies, this could mean a cocktail dress, midi or floor-length dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. For gentlemen, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and tie is perfect.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle from the Residence Inn, please arrive by 4:15. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, on an enclosed/heated patio. Please plan accordingly!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will depart from the the Residence Inn at 4:00, and back to the hotel from the venue at 10:30. Parking is also available at the venue!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open beer and wine bar available to guests. This bar will also include a few signature cocktails.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will include a variety of stations that you can visit. A menu will be available at your seat at the reception.

How do I book a room in the wedding block?

Call the hotel and mention the Chapman/Weber wedding.

How do I RSVP? Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When RSVP's open you may do so on our website. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
