~~~Getting to the Wedding (IMPORTANT!)~~~ Our venue has no guest parking, all guests are required to use the shuttle service — it’s the only way up the hill! The shuttle will run continuously before the ceremony, so you can arrive at whatever time works best within the pickup window. Shuttle Schedule Continuous pick-up: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Ceremony: 4:00 PM Shuttle break during reception Evening rides back: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pick-Up Locations: Hampton Inn & Suites — 650 W Mingus Ave, Cottonwood, AZ Jerome Art Center — 885 Hampshire Ave, Jerome, AZ Please plan to arrive early enough to catch a shuttle — there is no parking available at the venue and rideshare services are very limited in the area.
