Both the ceremony and the reception are held at the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland. You are more than welcome to reserve a room through our block at the Woodmark on the Travel page of this website. There are many options in the Kirkland area and downtown Bellevue, about 10 minutes from the hotel.
The ceremony will start at 5:30 sharp! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to grab the best seat! Immediately following the ceremony we will be hosting a cocktail hour and dinner reception at the same location.
Valet parking is available at the front door of the Woodmark, but there is also complimentary parking in a lot nearby
We are delighted that you are joining us for this momentous occasion in our lives. In order to be completely present in this moment with us, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photo or video during the ceremony, and let our professional photographers capture the moment. We will take as many selfies with you as you want during the reception!
You will feel most comfortable in semi-formal to formal attire. While the ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors, we will be covered by a tent. Late September weather in the Pacific Northwest will usually be in the low 60s, but use your best judgement and pack for the elements as appropriate.
Yes! On the RSVP card please indicate any dietary restrictions you have and I will pass it along to the venue, who can accommodate the majority of dietary needs. There are children's meals available as well so just let us know if your child would prefer that option.
