Formal wedding invitations will be mailed out by the end of January. Please RSVP by March 1, 2025.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?
Answer
The wedding venue has an attached parking garage with paid parking. EV charging is on-site. Self/Event Day Parking is $15.00 Self/Overnight Parking is $30.00 Valet Parking is $45.00 Other paid parking lots are around the area within a walkable distance of the venue. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are also available!

How far is the airport from the wedding venue?
Answer
Kansas City MCI airport is about a 25-minute drive from the wedding venue. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service.
