RNO or SMF

You can fly into either Reno-Tahoe Airport or Sacramento Airport. The easiest way to get to South Lake Tahoe is to fly into Reno and then rent a car. The drive from Reno is about an hour. If you don't plan on renting a car, you can choose between a shuttle that goes to South Lake Tahoe straight from Reno airport, Uber and Lyft which both operate in the area, or you can always take a bus.
