Parking

Please note there is NO PARKING on-site. We ask that you please park at the Hotel MTK and shuttle service will be provided beginning at 10:30am and run continuously through 3:00pm.

Hotel MTK

A hotel block has been established at Hotel MTK for May 17th and May 18th. This location is approximately 4 miles from the event location. Transportation will be provided between the hotel and the event. Please book by calling 917.242.2804 or heading to the website and referencing code MR5 to receive the discounted rate.

Shuttle

Transportation will be provided from Hotel MTK to the celebration site. Shuttles will run approximately every 15m on a continuous loop from 10:30am - 3:00pm.

Flight

Westchester (HPN)

NYC has several airports that could work for visiting Bedford. The Westchester Airport (White Pains, HPN) is the easiest to navigate and closest to our event.
