A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel. If the website does not show any available rooms left, please call/text Rachel at 610-675-8985 so more rooms can be added to the block. The block is based on the hotel's availability and any unreserved rooms will be released by August 20, 2024. If the hotel runs out of rooms we recommend looking into availability at The Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Great Valley/Malvern hotel since it is right next door.

There will be two shuttles from the Sheraton to the Downingtown Country Club at approximately 4:35 pm and 5:05 pm. Please try to be waiting in front of the hotel 5 minutes early.
