How do I get there?
Answer
To get onto base, take Rosecrans St. until you reach the base gate. You will need to give the guard your government-issued ID, and they will check it against the guest list and let you on base. Take Rosecrans St. through the base, almost to the end. Make a left onto Kerrick Road and park in the parking lot near the Navy Gateway Inn. The ceremony will be on the grass between the hotel buildings.
