One leg of the tripod. Emma and Rachel first met at a campout almost 4 years ago. Emma was playing spades and their mutual friend, James, introduced them to each other! They’ve been nearly inseparable ever since. She is someone who inspires Rachel through love, compassion and tolerance. Through good times, bad times and those in between, Emma has remained a consistent pillar in Rachel's life.
Meghann Forshey

Another leg to the tripod! Meghann and Rachel became friends in one of Meghann's more challenging times. They have grown together, cried together, laughed together and bloomed together! They have texted almost every day for 3 years and Rachel's life would be a little more gray with out Meghann in it.
Joyce Roldan-King

For 6 years, Joyce has stood hand and hand with Rachel through every up and every down. In the loneliest moments, Joyce has always been a voice of comfort, strength and joy. While their relationship began on guidance, it has grown with God at the center. Joyce continues to be a powerful light and a voice that can be heard above others. Joyce is one of the most trusted people and remains at the center of Rachel's life.

The best older sister someone could ask for. Megan is the first born of the family. They spent their early years fighting in the back seats of cars and stealing each others toys but mostly loving each other. While they have completely different interest, they have come together over family, good pizza and anime. Rachel is honored to have Megan by her side and in the middle as two families combine.

Sara and Rachel became close friends a few years ago. They both were going through it and I mean GOING THROUGH IT. They stood side by side and bonded over challenging life circumstance. While their relationship was formed through dark times, Sara does nothing but continue to brighten Rachel's life. Sara always keeps it real and pushes Rachel to be kind, loving and generous to the people in her life. Sara is her hero.
Erik Cooper

Erik has watched Paul grow up and grow together with Rachel. He has been a guiding force of light and wisdom over the years. His consistent support, ability to see the lighter side of situations and guidance throughout Paul's life has been the corn stone for them to grow together and reach the point they have. Even though he is a die hard Redskins Fan, Paul's life would not be the same without him.

Paul and DJ have been close since 2009. Through hard times and good, through difficult situations and various odd life experiences (DJ breaking his shoulder while riding a tricycle), Paul and DJ have stood side by side. They annoy each other like brothers sometimes but ultimately the bond they share is unshakable.
Mike Towels
Groomsman
Towels is a man of few words and for that, the world is grateful. Mike has had Paul's back in good times and bad even if his kindness has been obscured by the harshness that is Mike. He is loved for all the laughs he creates, his dark humor and his many, MANY offensive jokes.
Kevin Menard

From ordering seven to ten rounds of meat at all you can eat Korean BBQ, to watching Kevin grow into a man capable of marrying the love of his life, Paul has spent years bonding over food, stupid jokes, and meat.

Surprised to see Nassir smiling? Yeah, so is the rest of the world. Every friend group needs an angry Canadian and that is were Nassir comes in. Paul enjoys nothing more than giving him big bear hugs and trying to irritate him but he still remains a loyal friend who will help most if asked. (Feel free to hug him as much as you can)

Mike has been a rock in both of their lives. He has talked them both off countless ledges, provided guidance and counsel. Even though he doesn't make cookies on Monday nights anymore, they wouldn't want anyone else to officiate the joining of their two lives into one.

What can be said about Baby Squirrel Jared? They love him. Sort of. He has continued to bring laughter into Paul and Rachel's lives. Like everyone, they give him a hard time and probably tease him more than they should but he gives it right back or at least tries too. When they decided to get married, they knew they only wanted one flower girl - Jared.
