When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony we ask that all phones be silenced and put away, our photographers will handle the photos. During the cocktail hour and reception you are more than welcome to take photos!

Can I bring children or a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you bring no more than is specified on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Keswick Vineyard.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not providing transportation. There is minimal cell phone reception out at the venue so please do plan ahead.

What if I have a certain dietary restriction?

Answer

The reception will be buffet style with a variety of options provided. If you're concerned about allergies or a very specific diet, please reach out to Rachel (rab4fv@virginia.edu) and we'll make sure you're covered.
