Question

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend this event?

Answer

The health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. At our wedding we will require all guests who are eligible for the Covid-19 vaccine to be fully vaccinated*. We feel this is the best way to ensure the safety of our friends and family members. Thank you for your understanding. Please send proof of vaccination (a picture or scanned copy of your vaccine card) to us via email at rachel.held@hotmail.com or by text to 484-894-2024 by April 23rd. *For this purpose, fully vaccinated means at least 2 doses of the Pfizer or Modern vaccines, OR at least 1 dose of the J&J vaccine and 1 booster dose.

Question

What Covid regulations will there be?

Answer

In addition to asking all of our guests to be fully vaccinated for our wedding, we will also require each guest to provide a negative test result within 4 days of the wedding day. Please send test results to us (a screenshot, scanned paper copy, or photo of results) via email at rachel.held@hotmail.com or by text to 484-894-2024.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 2nd, 2022, once receiving your invitation!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Summer Cocktail dress code for our evening. Avoid things like sneakers, jeans, t-shirts, and the color white!

Question

Can I bring guests / +1's not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves fully! For that reason, we ask that you leave little ones at home for this event.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6PM. To make sure we're ready to go, please arrive no later than 5:30PM.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can check out our registry items on the "Registry" tab on our website!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Historic Oakland has on-site parking at the venue.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
