Welcoming the Waltons

All started back in 2008, on the last day of school in 7th grade. During a school trip to the zoo, after spending an entire year together in French class. We never spoke a word to each other till this day. I had spent all the money my parents had given to me for lunch on a stuffed animal. As I sat by myself, wishing I had some food, he walked over and said “ Would you like to share my chicken tenders and fries?” After talking we learned, we had the same pediatrician, went to the same pre-school and moved from Brooklyn to Elmont the same year!
