Our first date was at Havana 59 for salsa dancing night, talk about terrifying! We both have two left feet, so there were toes squished and knees bumped but we had a blast (and the mojitos helped)! We have not been back to salsa night...

Our hiking and biking adventure in Ecuador turned into a relaxing beach vacation in Belize after Hurricane Irma forced us to reroute the day before our trip. We only had a few hours to plan our entire vacation but could not have been more pleased with the result. We had a blast snorkeling, wind surfing, exploring Mayan ruins, and sipping cocktails on the beach. After spending the day fishing, we hauled our loot of lobsters and a barracuda to a local restaurant, The Happy Lobster for dinner. He popped the question during our meal and I could not have been more surprised and excited! I said "Yes" and the rest is history.
