Hotel
This is the preferred hotel for our guests to stay at! There will be a shuttle service to and from the venue. Use the link under the "view" button to get our discounted rate. Make sure to pay close attention to check in and check out dates, and adjust if necessary. It might say check-in is at 4 pm, but they assure us that our guests under the room block will be allowed early access! Rooms must be booked by July 1st to get the discounted rate. Train
The street car is a great option for free transportation around the KC metro area. Make sure to get off at either the Armour or Westport stops, then make the quick 10-15 minute walk the rest of the way to the venue. The streetcar runs until 1 am on the weekends.
