I would highly suggest planning a spa day or excursions through Los Altos de Eros. They can arrange activities like surf lessons, yoga classes, estuary tour, horseback riding, ATV and more. It is a one-of-a-kind experience! There will be some time between festivities to plan an excursion if that interests you.
