How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSPV, please access the RSVP tab at the top of the website.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline for RSVP is May 1st, 2026.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ventosa Vineyards about 10 minutes from downtown Geneva, New York.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask all guests arrive at the venue around 20 to 15 minutes early.

Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Answer

Given good weather, the ceremony will take place in an outdoor covered space. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held inside the venue. The venue has the ability to move the ceremony indoors if the weather is not in our favor.

What is parking situation at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a large free parking lot and is within a 10 minute drive of downtown Geneva.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want everyone to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! During the reception, please feel free to take as many videos and photos as you like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be drinks for the cocktail hour as well as an open bar for the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us!

I have dietary restrictions, how can I inform the venue?

Answer

On the formal RSVP there will an option to list any dietary restrictions needed.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! The recommended hotel is 41 Lakefront Hotel, Trademark Collection By Wyndham. This is the hotel where the bridal party will be staying and the location of the brunch that will take place the day after the wedding on Sunday June 21st. Please go to the Recommended Hotels tab for additional information on how to book.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is SUMMER FORMAL. Long dresses and suits are preferred. Guests are welcome wear colorful dresses and suits. Please refrain from wearing white, including white patterned dresses.
