He approached her in a Bar. She accidentally turned down his request for her phone number and a date. (It was loud in there!) But not before he asked her, "Are there any weddings on your horizon?" (It was apropos and hilarious- just ask us!) We did end up going on that first date and have been loving every day together since!

He asked her to take a Friday off of work for a "Surprise Date". The date started with an intimate picnic of Taco Bell and Chardonnay along the water in Downtown St. Pete. Then he asked her, "Are you ready for Part 2?" and told her to pack a bag. He whisked her away to her favorite hotel on Clearwater Beach, The Opal Sands. He asked, she said YES and they spent a fantastic night celebrating. Now, she can confidently say there is a wedding on the horizon!
